Shipping policy
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Moonflower Station currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We are working on adding more countries as we grow!
For customers located in the European Union, please shop via our Etsy store where VAT is automatically calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged customs fees or VAT on international orders?
International orders may be subject to custom fees, VAT, or import taxes determined by your country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. If charged, they will be collected by your local postal service or carrier upon delivery. Thank you for understanding!
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing, but on average:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
- Australia: 10-25 business days
Please note that customs inspections can occasionally add extra time beyond these estimates.
What happens if I choose not to pay customs fees?
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is safely returned, refunds (when applicable) will be issued for the item price only.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Domestic
- USPS First Class Mail - Standard shipping with tracking number; delivery time is usually 2-5 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage - Standard shipping with tracking number; delivery time is usually 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail - Expedited shipping with tracking number and included insurance up to $200; delivery time is usually 1-3 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
International Shipping
International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Moonflower Station is no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Moonflower Station is also not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. Changes will only be made on orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
