Wrong Item/Missing/Defective Products
In the case that you receive the wrong item or the order/product has any issues, please email me at moonflowerstation@gmail.com and send a picture of your item(s) so that I can further assist you and find a resolution.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Moonflower Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages once shipped out. Please contact your local post office for further assistance.
